ATA produces integrated assemblies, via the use of metal stamping, robotic spot and MIG welding, and projection welding. As a high-quality manufacturer of auto body components and structural supports, we handle a large number and variety of parts and assemblies that make up the skeleton of a vehicles body. Although all parts shown above that we make are necessary for the manufacture of auto bodies of our customers, below are a few of the more critical items we specialize in the manufacture of.

Dash Upper Assembly

This part is installed behind the dashboard and below the front windshield of a vehicle. It is a connection point for the lower edges of windshields, air conditioning system components and duct work, gauge clusters, and various other parts located behind the dash. This part, along with the dash lower assembly, separates the engine compartment from the passenger compartment. It helps to reduce noise and make the body stronger.

Dash Lower Assembly

This part is installed below the dash and is often called a firewall or toeboard due to its location and basic function. It separates the engine compartment from the passenger compartment. It is a connection point for pedal assemblies, as well as brake and steering components, among other parts. It reduces noise, improves body strength and is important to the crash safety of a vehicle.

Rear Seat Reinforcement

Rear Seat Reinforcement

This assembly is a deck behind the rear seats in sedan cars. It acts as a wall that separates the passenger area and the trunk. It also connects to the side body around the C pillars, so it contributes to vehicle rigidity and body strength. The rear windshield wipers, audio speakers, seat belts and child seat anchors are mounted to this component.

Rear Panel

This a part is located at the rear of the vehicle. It joins the side body and floor of a vehicle and contributes greatly to body rigidity and strength in the rear around the trunk door. Items such as trunk doors, taillights and bumpers connect to the back panel.

These parts are located on the floor of the vehicle. They serve as body reinforcement for the floor of the vehicle during a side impact collision, as well as a mounting base for passenger seats. Because these parts are vital to passenger safety during a collision, high-strength steel and components parts are used.

These parts are installed as part of the floor of a vehicle and run from the front of the vehicle to the rear. They provide mounting points and space for exhaust and/or drive shaft components to run from the engine compartment to the rear of the vehicle. These parts also add to the rigidity and strength of the floor of the vehicle during front and rear impact collisions, so they are often made from high tensile strength steel as well.
