    Responsibility

    Basic Skills

    Compare part with quality check point, Kanban tag, and barcode.

    Coding

    Accurately complete production form by documenting part disposition in each production code.
    Measurement

    Compare part accuracy by measuring part on check fixture, verifying part characteristics.
    Inspection

    Compare quality of part to visual controls, Master sample and Check fixture.

    Math

    Ensure parts are produced in schedule quantity by counting and tracking number of parts produced. Use production quantity and amount of time to produce parts, to calculate production efficiency

    • Calculate production volume to prepare daily production reports for monitor welding and assembly parts inventory.
    • Determine product order for daily production.
    • Confirm accuracy in machine and jig usage for production operation.
    • Coordinate tool repair for assembly usage with Die Maintenance Assistant Manager.
    • Coordinate area production, repair and quality documentation.
    • Provide associates technical support and monitor assembly operations and efficiency via MBWA (Management By Walking Around) Shop Floor Supervision.
    • Monitor product quality for 100% compliance to part specifications and tolerances.
    • Productivity—associate efficiency and production planning.¨ Plan, lead and document meetings with associates to foster communication, productivity and teamwork.¨ Drive Associate
    • Education and Development opportunities for associates through Training & Assessment of subordinates.¨ Coordinate shop floor management via ECS Change(s) Management,

  • Accounting Coordinator

    Responsibility

    Assist with all aspects of the accounting department by performing professional accounting work, specifically managing all functions of accounts payable, accounts receivables and fixed assets and costing. Conduct studies which provide detailed information not supplied by general accounting systems to determine costs of business activity, such as a raw material purchases, inventory, labor, ect.. Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

    Qualifications

      • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
      • Experience and/or solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), theory and practices
      • Experience with Sage Fixed Asset software
      • Experience and/or solid understanding of general ledger
      • Experience and/or solid understanding of financial statements
      • Experience and/or solid understanding of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
      • Experience and/or solid understanding of Accounts Receivable
      • Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Costing functions ü Proficiency with Excel

    • Comprehend robotic programming systems and their functionality.

  • Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
  • Tool & Die Maker 2nd Shift

    Responsibility

    Correct and improve tooling, jigs and fixtures for which responsibility is assigned: Develop, constructs, and alters a wide variety of jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Performs assignments ranging from the use of ordinary tool room operations, to work involving accurate relationships, and extremely close tolerances.

    Also, reconstruct/repairs and selecting the proper materials. Makes allowances for shrinkage during the heat-treating of tools and metal flows in dies. Identifies and corrects problems in complicated dies and tools.

    Qualifications

    • Certificate in Progressive Die & Design from industry accredited program;
    • Three (3) to Five (5) years professional experience in tool and Die and Machining in the related field.
    • Experience in Tool and Die Welding.

    Leadership

    • Ensure compliance to all safety procedures.
    • Assist with associate skill development if assigned by Coordinator.
    • Model and mentor proper process procedures and die or tool problem solving.

    Service

    • Help train associates in tooling and machining operations.
    • Assist with die or tool repair planning.
    • Complete all tool work orders and other documentation as required.
    • Maintain continuous improvement of all assigned tooling.
    • Support IATF-16949 requirements.
    • Assist in maintaining professional communications within team and other facility teams.

    Operations

    • Confirm accuracy in die usage for production operation.
    • Monitor product quality.
    • Manage die maintenance area documentation.
    • Manage ordering of all die maintenance supplies, replacement die parts, and maintaining stock on these items.
    • Actively maintain 5s organization throughout the tool shop.
    • Other duties assigned by Area Manager.
