Responsibility
Perform work in congruence with company policies and area-specific procedures for safely and productively manufacturing high quality automotive structural parts to meet established productivity goals.
Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Compare part with quality check point, Kanban tag, and barcode.
Coding
Accurately complete production form by documenting part disposition in each production code.
Measurement
Compare part accuracy by measuring part on check fixture, verifying part characteristics.
Inspection
Compare quality of part to visual controls, Master sample and Check fixture.
Math
Ensure parts are produced in schedule quantity by counting and tracking number of parts produced. Use production quantity and amount of time to produce parts, to calculate production efficiency

Assist with all aspects of the accounting department by performing professional accounting work, specifically managing all functions of accounts payable, accounts receivables and fixed assets and costing. Conduct studies which provide detailed information not supplied by general accounting systems to determine costs of business activity, such as a raw material purchases, inventory, labor, ect.. Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

Responsibility
Correct and improve tooling, jigs and fixtures for which responsibility is assigned: Develop, constructs, and alters a wide variety of jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Performs assignments ranging from the use of ordinary tool room operations, to work involving accurate relationships, and extremely close tolerances.
Also, reconstruct/repairs and selecting the proper materials. Makes allowances for shrinkage during the heat-treating of tools and metal flows in dies. Identifies and corrects problems in complicated dies and tools.
